**Tone It Up Tuesday’s**

Happy Tone It Up Tuesday!!  This week Karena & Katrina have a new Bikini Yoga video…
The girls also included a yummy recipe for a fantastic Green Smoothie

Green Giant Smoothie
*makes 2 servings
  • 2 cups Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Aloe Vera juice
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 Cup of Kale
  • 1 packet or scoop of vanilla Perfect Fit Protein
  • 1/2 Cup of Hemp Seeds
  • ***Optional- 1 or 1/2 Tbs. Agave or raw honey~ depends on your activity level!
Add ingredients in the order mentioned above to your blender. Blend on high for few minutes then pour, sip & enjoy!
If you use protein powder then you MUST try Perfect Fit Protein from Tone It Up.  I have tried A LOT of different brands of protein powder and the Perfect Fit Protein is by far the best out there!!
